As the city of Delray Beach grew, so did competition for the family owned and operated restaurant. After meeting with the family, experiencing the food and atmosphere, it was clear to our team how best to shape their campaign. Capturing the family’s unbeatable customer service and their flavorful food was all that was needed to remind guests how much they love Papa’s Tapas and to capture the hearts of new customers. We executed streaming radio, terrestrial radio, social media marketing and print marketing for an 8-week campaign. The campaign increased net revenues YOY for three consecutive months by 10%, retention rates grew by 25% and the restaurants social media following grew by an astounding 60%.
